Supper was wonderful

we made a family meal today and it was so good. We made Italian wedding soup. We made noodles and meat balls to put in the soup. They tasted so good and we even were able to share it with my in laws. I had a mess in the kitchen but homemade noodles are always worth the mess. Even A helped make the noodles we made them in the shapes of crosses. Then after that we made cookies that were so good. I don't know if anyone knows how to make cake mix cookies or not but they are the best thing and so easy.

Quick run through of the recipe

1 cake mix
2 eggs
2 T Crisco
1/4 cup water



mix and cook at 325 for 8-10 minutes



very basic recipe but you can add multiple things to it to make different cookies. Like the ones Jenny (Pina Cola) likes are coconut cake mix and a can of crushed pineapple with the juice, then add some shredded coconut. They make great muffins too just put them in muffin tins and cook a little longer. Whatever cake mix you have just add things to the recipe to enhance the mix.



I also like to make special pancakes
2 cups of milk
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs
2 tsp oil
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
2 pkg of instant oatmeal (any flavor)

Mix all the liquid ingredients together. Then mix all the dry ingredients together. Then all mix everything together. Then pour the mixture into a waffle iron or into a hot skillet.
