We are spending time with husband

I was able to meet my husband and spend the weekend with him. We have been watching someone else house while they are gone. This means that I miss my bed and lot. So the play date came during a very important nap to catch up on lost sleep. To tell you how bad it was my oldest fell on the floor crying about five times before I realized we both were not going to make it the rest of the day. so we laid down and took a three hour nap and still sleep the whole night. So when I say tired I mean TIRED!!
Isn't it fun that there is no place as comfortable as your home and your bed. When you are not there lots of little things bother you. Like the whole block seemed to be coming and going all night long.
So I am sorry that I missed out on valuable time with my friends but you really wouldn't have wanted to see my daughter that way!!
